Founded in 1981, Blue Tech is an established innovator in the design, development and manufacture of size reduction and processing equipment for a wide range of clients. Blue Tech offers a standard line of cyclones, crushers, pulverizers, hammermills, air purge classifier mills (APCMs) and dust collection systems. Blue Tech's customers range from small companies to Fortune 100 organizations, with clients in North America as well as worldwide. With a knowledgeable staff that has over 60 years of combined experience in the process industry, Blue Tech also has the in-house capability to design a custom size reduction, dust collection, or pneumatic conveying unit for your specific processing requirements.

Value added Services

Blue Tech has many other value-added services available to the process industry. We have a PhD on staff in our technology and processing center to analyze the material to be processed, and recommend either a standard Blue Tech size reduction unit or a custom system, depending on your needs. Complete system design is one of our many strengths here at Blue Tech. Organic and inorganic compounds from cornstarch, plastics, herbs and spices, organic chemicals, glass, sugar and inorganic chemicals (to name a few) are rigorously tested in our laboratory under atmospheric and cryogenic conditions – we will determine the feasibility of milling, grinding, shredding, crushing, screening and pulverizing your material, and recommend a size reduction and processing system (be it a standard unit or custom equipment) to meet your sizing requirements.

Delivery Available

Another service that Blue Tech offers is delivery of the size reduction and processing equipment to your facility for installation; alternatively, Blue Tech will handle all aspects of project supervision, from the design, manufacture and testing of the processing machinery at our facility to the installation, testing and initial start-up of the size reduction system at your facility. Another alternative, depending on your size reduction requirements, is that we can perform custom toll size reduction/manufacturing in our own facility.

In terms of replacement parts and rebuilt components for size reduction systems and processing equipment, Blue Tech carries a complete line of replacement parts and rebuilt components for our own line of hammermills, cyclones, dust collection systems, air purge classifier mills (APCMs), to name a few. In addition, we carry a full line of replacement parts for competitors' systems, including Pulva and Mikro, along with many others. If, for some reason, we don't have a competitor's replacement part in stock, we will manufacture the component at the customers' request. Replacement parts manufactured by Blue Tech are extremely reliable, and have been found to last longer than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.
